A Digest of the Early Connecticut Probate Records By Charles William Manwaring: "Page 176 7 Taylor Stephen Sen Windsor Died 3 August 1707 Invt 380 10 09 Taken 20 August 1707 by Job Drake Thomas Stoughton and Roger Wolcott Court Record Page 96 1st September 1707 This Court grant Adms unto Joanna the widow relict and her son Stephen Taylor William Taylor one of the sons 18 years of age chose Roger Wolcott of Windsor to be his guardian Said Roger refused Page 102 2 February 1707 8 William Taylor of Windsor one of the sons of Stephen Taylor Sen 18 years of age chose William Wolcott of Windsor to be his guardian Page 106 1st March 1707 8 Joanna Taylor widow and Stephen Taylor her son presented to this Court an account of her Adms on the estate of Stephen Taylor decd which account is allowed Have paid in debts 34 18 09 which sum being deducted from the total sum of the inventory the surplusage thereof both real and personal this Co"
