Acts of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Passed By Kentucky: "i 1839 county be and it is hereby authorized to decree a sale of the interest of the infant heirs of Edward Hord deceased in the fCMasonCmay land assigned to Elizabeth Drake late Elizabeth Hord as her decree sale of dower in the real estate of the said Edward Hord deceased infant sreaies situated on Mill creek in the county aforesaid and the said tRte Circuit Court is hereby authorized to decree also a ale of the interest of the said infant heirs in that part of the lot situated in the city of Maysville assigned to the said Elizabeth Drake late Elizabeth Hord as her dower in said lot if in the opinion of the court it will be for the benefit of the said inlant heirs that their interest in the land and lot aforesaid should be sold upon the filing of the petition of Cornelius Drake guardia"
